Varroc Engineering has exercised call option for early redemption of 8.6% 25,000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis of having original face value Rs. 1,00,000/- (NCDs) issued by the company.
