<p>Texmo Pipes and Products Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd that the trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
