| <p>Shetron Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; during this period, trading in the company's shares will be restricted for employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives.
