D-Link India appoints Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as Independent Director, pending approval Back

D-Link (India) Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as an Independent Director, effective August 26, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Koparkar, a finance professional with over 36 years of experience, previously served as a director on the boards of various Larsen & Toubro group companies. The company also stated that the Board of Directors has reconstituted its board committees following the appointment, details of which were included in an annexure.
