Jattashankar Industries closes securities trading window ahead of financial results announcement Back

<p>Jattashankar Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, for directors, promoters, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
