<p>Kaycee Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026.</p>
