Omnitex Industries closes securities trading window ahead of financial results announcement Back

<p>Omnitex Industries (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all connected persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
