| <p>Indokem Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be intimated later; further, Central Depository Services (India) Limited will freeze the PAN of designated persons for trading in securities during the closure period, as per SEBI circular no.
