SPML Infra allots 2.33 lakh equity shares under ESOP Back
SPML Infra has allotted 233,744 equity shares under ESOP scheme on 16 June 2026. Accordingly the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 168,299,846/- consisting of 84,149,923 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
