<p>Mphasis Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the grant of 3,25,460 stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 and 1,63,040 Restricted Stock Units under the Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021 to eligible employees, with grant dates of October 1, 2026, and exercise prices of Rs 2,300 per option and Rs 10 per RSU.</p>
