NCLT approves Dabur India's amalgamation of Sesa Care, finalized April 2026 Back

<p>Dabur India Limited announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sesa Care Private Limited with Dabur India, paving the way for the integration of the Ayurvedic hair care brand, first announced in October 2024, subject to completion of statutory filings and other formalities; the Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 01, 2026.</p>
