| Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited announced on August 13, 2026, that it and its associate have executed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Guidance, Government of Tamil Nadu: one for a Design Education and Upskilling Project involving an investment of approximately Rs 50 crore to establish a University for Design Education and Upskilling of Technical Personnel at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and another for a Non-Leather Footwear Manufacturing Project by Phoenix Kothari Footwear Limited, with an investment of approximately Rs 1,000 crore in Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu. |
