<p>Crest Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for all Designated and Connected Persons, along with their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
