<p>Prime Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date for consideration and declaration of the results to be intimated later.</p>
