<p>Artemis Medicare Services Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
