Med Plus Health Services allotted shares under its 2021 employee stock option plan Back

<p>Med Plus Health Services Limited announced the allotment of 19,095 equity shares on exercise of stock options under the MedPlus Employee Stock Option Plan, 2021, following a recommendation by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The allotment, made on October 27, 2026, increased the company's paid-up share capital from 12,01,37,061 equity shares aggregating to Rs 24,02,74,122 to 12,01,56,156 equity shares aggregating to Rs 24,03,12,312.</p>
