Dhoot Transmission Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that trading in equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from August 17, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
