AU Small Finance Bank allots 3.11 lakh equity shares under ESOP Back
AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,11,349 equity shares under ESOP on 24 November 2025. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,46,34,87,370 to Rs. 7,46,66,00,860.
