<p>AU Small Finance Bank Limited announced the allotment of 3,78,830 equity shares on September 22, 2026, following the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under ESOP plans 2015 Plan -B, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2023, increasing the Bank's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,50,98,97,650 to Rs 7,51,36,85,950.</p>
