Pipe-related project, along with the acquisition of nine residential units in Khalapur, Raigad, Maharashtra, for staff accommodation at a total consideration of Rs 2.61 crore, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, October 15, 2026. The board also approved a capital expenditure of Rs 12 crore for modernizing sleeper and infrastructure sites and authorized the leasing of a pre-cast manufacturing unit in Nadiad, Kheda, Gujarat.</p> |
