<p>G R Infraprojects Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
