| <p>Syncom Formulations (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the trading window for its shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The company will also notify CDSL, the designated depository, two trading days prior to the window closure, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this period.</p> |
