VXL Instruments to review financial results August 7 amid insolvency resolution process Back

VXL Instruments Limited, undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench passed on November 26, 2024, will consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in a Resolution Professional Committee meeting scheduled for August 7, 2026, in lieu of a suspended board of directors.
