DB Realty Limited informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, August 26, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026, inter alia, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
