<p>HLE Glascoat Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Thaletec GmbH, has transferred 100% shareholding in HLE Surface Technologies GmbH to another wholly owned subsidiary, HLE International S.à.r.l., effective October 5, 2026, as part of a restructuring to rationalize and simplify the overall group structure.</p>
