<p>Integra Switchgear Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD -PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, and the window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
