<p>Poddar Pigments Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
