ARCL Organics closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release Back

<p>ARCL Organics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.</p>
