Mankind Pharma’s board approved the voluntary liquidation of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited Back

<p>Mankind Pharma Limited announced that its board approved the voluntary liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL), in which Mankind Pharma holds 96% stake, with the remaining 4% held by Appian Properties Private Limited, also a Mankind Pharma subsidiary. The business of BSVL will be consolidated with Mankind Pharma on a going concern basis, and Appian will receive cash proportionate to its 4% shareholding, as determined by an independent valuer.</p>
