Benara Bearings & Pistons Limited to convene August board meeting for annual reports Back

Benara Bearings & Pistons Limited will hold a board meeting on August 7, 2026, to adopt the Directors Report for the fiscal year 2025-26 and the Notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting, as well as to consider and fix the dates for the closing of the Register of Members and Transfer Books in connection with the meeting. The board will also appoint a Scrutinizer for the 36th Annual General Meeting and confirm the re-appointment of Mr. Panna Lal Jain, who retires by rotation.
