Niva Bupa Health Insurance allotted shares under two ESOP plans, increasing capital Back

<p>Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 4,11,000 equity shares, comprised of 1,92,100 shares under the Niva Bupa Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 and 2,18,900 shares under the Niva Bupa Employee Stock Option Plan 2024, on August 26, 2026, following the exercise of options by eligible grantees; the allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 18,49,64,47,030.</p>
