| Jupiter Wagons Limited announced a strategic partnership with Lucchini RS Holding S.p.A. and SIMEST S.p.A. to establish India's first fully integrated private-sector railwheel manufacturing platform. Lucchini RS will acquire a 15% equity stake in Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited (JTRWF), while SIMEST will acquire an additional 10% stake, representing a combined consideration of approximately €28 million, backed by the Government of Italy through the Sistema Italia framework. The partnership combines Jupiter Wagons' manufacturing capabilities with Lucchini RS's railwheel technology expertise to serve the Indian railway market and build a robust export platform. |
