<p>Pyramid Technoplast Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
