Shethia as statutory auditor for five years, an increase in the authorized share capital from Rs 18 crore to Rs 27 crore, and the Zodiac JRD MKJ Employees Stock Option Plan 2026 at the company's 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026.
