<p>Credo Brands Marketing Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.</p>
