Max Heights Infrastucture Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, and to take note of the limited review report, following which the trading window for company insiders will reopen 48 hours after the results announcement.
