Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nirani Sugars Limited, will close the trading window for its equity shares for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight (48) hours after the submission of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
