<p>Morarka Finance Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including directors and employees, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the National Securities Depository Limited will freeze the PAN of designated persons during this period.</p>
