Setubandhan Infrastructure Limited delays financial results amid ongoing insolvency resolution proce Back
Setubandhan Infrastructure Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated by the State Bank of India, announced it is unable to submit unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, due to the ongoing CIRP and the unavailability of financial records, books of accounts, and other relevant data to the Resolution Professional, Sandeep D. Maheshwari. The rejection of a resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, on March 24, 2025, and a subsequent appeal filed with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on July 9, 2025, are contributing factors to the delay.
