| <p>L&T Finance Limited has allotted 65,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each on a private placement basis, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 650 crore to identified investors, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 18, 2026. The debentures, which have an original tenor of 1179 days and a coupon rate of 7.8384% per annum, are secured by a charge over fixed deposits and standard receivables and are expected to be listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.</p> |
