Indo Thai Securities appoints Axis Trustee Services for upcoming debenture issuance Back

Indo Thai Securities Limited announced that its Debenture Issuance, Allotment and Redemption Committee meeting, held on August 7, 2026, approved the appointment of Axis Trustee Services Limited as the Debenture Trustee for the proposed issuance of Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Bigshare Services Private Limited as the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for the same, with effect from the date of electronic connectivity with NSDL and CDSL.
