PB Fintech’s share capital increased with the allotment of equity shares under ESOP 2021 Back
<p>PB Fintech Limited announced the allotment of 57,885 equity shares following the exercise of vested options under its PB Fintech Employees Stock Option Plan 2021 (“ESOP 2021”), increasing the company's issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 92,53,89,740 consisting of 46,26,94,870 equity shares to Rs 92,55,05,510 consisting of 46,27,52,755 equity shares.</p>
