Keynote Financial Services appoints V K Beswal & Associates as statutory auditors for five years Back

<p>Keynote Financial Services Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of V K Beswal & Associates as the company's new statutory auditors for a five-year term, effective September 28, 2026, replacing M/s. S M S R & Co. LLP. Additionally, the company re-appointed Mr. Vineet Suchanti as a director retiring by rotation and Mrs. Rinku Suchanti as a wholetime director for three years from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, at its 33rd Annual General Meeting.</p>
