<p>BKV Industries Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed with effect from October 1, 2026, until 48 (forty-eight) hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading.</p>
