<p>Lippi Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is closing its trading window for dealing in the company's securities for its promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, insiders, designated and connected persons, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
