<p>Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
