<p>Kalyan Jewellers India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
