<p>Oswal Agro Mills Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for all designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.</p>
