PDS allots 13,750 equity shares under ESOP Back
PDS has allotted 13,750 equity shares under ESOP on 09 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,27,56,766/- (14,13,78,383 equity shares divided into face value of Rs 2/- each).
