<p>Nibe Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
