D & H India Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at its head office in Indore to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the limited review report by the auditors. The board will also consider the re-appointment of Saurabh Vora as Whole Time Director and Harsh Vora as Managing Director for a further term of 3 years from October 1, 2026.
